Some of the services we implement with these analytics include Impression reporting, integration with DoubleClick, Remarketing and Demographic and Interest reporting. This information is not combined with any personal information you may have submitted to us.
You can also disable cookies via your browser settings. Our systems do not acknowledge Do Not Track Signals.
Profile Creation:
Happy Melon Games allows the creation of an optional profile to access additional features in the game. These features may include joining a public leadership or user-to-user interactions.
The creation of these profiles is completely optional and is confirmed by the user through in app dialogues. The creation of profiles may require additional information such as a username and age. This information might be public and visible, but can be controlled by the user and consent for these profiles can be withdrawn at any time.
Payment Information:
Our games and applications may have optional in app purchases. A purchase may be initiated by the user, or by a legal guardian of the user if the user is a minor. To complete a transaction, several details such as the Name, Billing and Payment Addresses and Complete Credit Card Information needs to be provided by the user to the payment processing partner, which is used to complete the payment
Advertising:
Our ads contain content that is appropriate for the specified audience. We do not display personalized ads in our games designed for families.
Data Security
Happy Melon Games takes steps to ensure the physical and digital security of its data.
Happy Melon Games makes sure only authorized personnel have access to the data, and can only access it when they have a need to access it to complete relevant work. Data stores with us are placed behind firewalls.
If we have to share our data with a third party we make sure they have similar Privacy Policies in place.
All reasonable measures are enforced to ensure data security.

Our Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We treat all personal information obtained through users with contact with the highest confidentiality. This may include email addresses shared with us to help assist with issue resolution.
Personal information provided to us will be kept while necessary to resolve that particular issue and communicate its status. Once the issue has been addressed adequately and there is no further need for the information to address the relevant issue it is deleted from our records.
